Understanding Our Pricing Structure

We believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to pricing. Our goal is to provide you with a straightforward and fair pricing structure that aligns with your needs. In this article, we'll break down our pricing model to help you better understand how it works.

Pricing Tiers

We offer two plans: Starter and Premium.

  • Starter: $49 per user per month, or $480 per user annually

  • Premium: $59 per user per month, or $600 per user annually — includes time tracking, capacity planning, and budget vs. actuals reporting

All users on an account must be on the same plan and the same billing frequency (monthly or annual). A minimum of 1 seat is required.

Per Seat Pricing

Per seat pricing means the cost is determined by the number of users, or "seats," on your account. Each individual using our service requires a separate seat, and pricing is based on the per-user rate for your selected tier.

Monthly Billing

With monthly billing, you're billed for each user on a recurring monthly basis at your tier's monthly rate. This offers flexibility to adjust your seat count as needed.

Annual Billing

With annual billing, you're billed at your tier's discounted annual rate, paid in full upfront for the year. This is a cost-effective option for businesses planning for the long term.

Billing Cycle

Regardless of which billing option you choose, your billing cycle begins the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your billing cycle renews on the 5th of each subsequent month or year.

Adding or Removing Users

Changes to your seat count during a subscription term are prorated.

  • Adding users: You're charged immediately for the prorated cost of the remaining billing period.

  • Removing users: A prorated credit is issued to your account and automatically applied to future invoices until fully used.

Switching Plans (Basic ↔ Premium)

You can switch between Basic and Premium at any time. The price difference between plans is prorated, with the same charge/credit logic as adding or removing users.

Switching Billing Frequency

  • Monthly to Annual: This change is processed immediately, and you'll be billed in full for the annual plan at that time.

  • Annual to Monthly: This change is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current paid annual period; you'll continue on your annual plan until then.

About Credits

Prorated credits issued to your account do not expire, but they are non-refundable - they cannot be returned to your original payment method and can only be applied toward future invoices.
