Add or Remove User Seats

You have the flexibility to adjust the number of seats in your account as your team grows or changes to meet your business needs.

To add or remove seats in your Jetpack Workflow account, simply log in to your account and visit the Account page.

Note: Your minimum seat count will always be equal to your amount of current active users. Example: If you have 3 active users, you cannot decrease your seat count in billing below 3. If you wish to do so, you must first delete a user.

Click into the billing tab and then select Manage Plan

You are now inside of our payments platform and can choose Update Plan

From here you can use the buttons to add or remove seats as needed. Click Continue to finalize your changes!
