The Projects page is where all your work will live! Once here, you can sort, search and filter your projects list to view your projects organized in different ways, but the default filters on the projects page will be set to be viewing all projects that are either not started or in progress that are due this last month, this month, and next month sorted in due date order. The projects page is endless scroll and the size of the table will match the size of your monitor automatically.
Sort Projects
Projects are also typically sorted in due date descending order. You can always sort the projects in a different order, by clicking the column headers and the list will reorganize itself! Click the same header again to reverse the sort order (A-Z or Z-A).
Apply Filters
To add filters to your view, click the grey filter button near the top left hand of the page and you'll see your filter menu appear on the left hand side of the screen. Your options for filtering the projects on your screen are default fields like due date, assignee, client, project name as well as custom field options from your clients area. In each of these options, you'll see unique variables to narrow the scope of your search.
Once you've made your filter selections, hit the blue Apply button in the bottom of the filters menu to update your project list. You'll also have the option to hit Reset, which will reset the filters to the default (all projects that are either not started or in progress that are due this last month, this month, and next month).
Search the Projects Table
Use the search bar in the upper left hand corner to search your table. You can search by the default fields like client, project name, label, status, assignee or even by custom fields as long as the custom field is not marked as sensitive.
View Older, Completed Projects
Need to view older, completed work? To view your archives or completed work, open up your filters, select the status filter and switch it to completed.
Add or Remove Columns
To add or remove columns from your projects table view, just click the Edit Columns button at the top of the screen, then select or unselect the columns you'd like to see, then click Apply. Your column options will include some preset options like due date, client, labels and status as well as any custom field options you have on your clients. To learn more about custom fields and how to create them, click here.
You can also rearrange columns by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order!
You can also resize any column in your view by extending or shortening in the column header.
Export Projects Table
Click the export table button in the upper right hand corner of the screen to export your projects to a .csv file. The export will include what you are currently filtered to on your table view but it does have a hard stop of 1000 records when it exports as right now, projects repeat out infinitely.
