The Projects tab is where all your work will live! Once here, you can sort and filter your projects list to view your projects organized in different ways.

The default filters on the projects page will be set to be viewing all projects that are either not started or in progress that are due this last month, this month, and next month.

Projects are also typically sorted in due date descending order. Underneath your filter button, you can see the filters that are currently active.

You also have the capability to add or remove columns from your view on the projects tab. Click edit columns to open up the menu and select or deselect the columns to customize your view!

To sort the projects in a different order, you can use your column headers. Just click the text of the column you want to sort by and the list will reorganize itself! Click the same header again to reverse the sort order (A-Z or Z-A).

You can sort the projects by Name, Client, Due Date, Status, and Tasks. However, you cannot sort by are Next Assignee, Project Assignee, Last Edited, and Team Members.

To update your filters, click the grey filter button near the top left hand of the page and you'll see your filter menu appear on the left hand side of the screen.

Your options for filtering the projects on your screen are Project Name, Flag, Due Date, Client, (project) Status, Next Assignee, Project Assignee, Last Edited, and Team Members. In each of these options, you'll see unique variables to narrow the scope of your search.

To view your archives or completed work, select the status filter and switch it to completed.

You can also narrow down with additional filters like a date range and specific assignees if necessary.

Once you've made your selections, hit the blue Apply button in the bottom of the filters menu to update your project list. You'll also have the option to hit Reset which will reset the filters to the default (all projects that are either not started or in progress that are due this last month, this month, and next month).

You'll also be able to tell if a project is a repeating project because all repeating projects will be marked on the left hand side with the blue arrows.
