The following article will explain how to sign into your Jetpack Workflow account using your company's identity provider.

What is SSO?

Single sign-on (or SSO) is a way to manage your organization's users, allowing them to authenticate and log in to many different applications with just one set of credentials, rather than having to set up multiple usernames and passwords across different platforms. It allows you to manage your users in a single location at your identity provider.

Please note that we support SSO via SAML. Before you can use SSO your company's IT department will also need to configure your identity provider (IdP). If you are interested in setting this up, please contact us to get started.

To sign in using your company's SSO, follow these steps:

  1. Visit app2.jetpackworkflow.com and click Login.

  2. Enter the email address you use to sign in under the Email Address field and click Continue. From here, you'll be redirected to the identity provider's authentication portal.

  3. Enter your SSO credentials. In the screenshot below, we'll use a Microsoft account as an example, but your screen may look different based on the authentication portal your company uses.

  4. You'll be asked if you want to stay signed in. Again, the questions you'll be asked will vary based on your company's SSO protocol. Once you complete this, you'll be authenticated and a prompt will ask you to link your accounts.

  5. Enter the same email address and password you created when you signed up for your Jetpack Workflow account. This is not the same password as you'd use for your authenticator.

  6. You'll now appear back inside Jetpack Workflow and you should be authenticated with Jetpack Workflow using your SSO.

Keep in mind, if you log out of Jetpack Workflow, we do not log you out from your identity provider. Next time you log into our system, you'll likely still be authenticated and will not need to re-enter your password. However, if you are logged out, you'll just re-enter your credentials, the system will reroute you to your authenticator, and you'll be dropped back into Jetpack Workflow.
