There are multiple sections on a client's profile:

  • Basic Details

  • Notes and Contacts

  • Custom Fields

  • Assigned Work

Basic Details about a client can be found in the upper left square on a client's profile. Information in this area include several fields like the client's name, primary contact, description, priority level, assignee and services. Click the edit client button in the upper right hand corner of this section to edit client details or the three dots to delete.

To the right of the basic details, you can find the Client Notes and Contacts section. You can toggle between the two tabs to see either the client notes or the contacts associated with the client.

When looking at the notes, you'll be able to see any notes you or your team members have made on the client's profile. You can click edit to update or add additional information, format or add in clickable links.

When looking at the contacts, you will be able to see all contacts associated with the client. You can also click the three dots to remove a contact or make a different contact the primary contact. There is also a blue button to add a new contact association.

On the bottom left of the client profile, you'll see custom fields. This is where you'll see custom data that your team has entered into the system for more detailed client records. You can click edit to update or add any custom data onto a client's profile. Remember, a field must be created in the clients overview page before you can add it onto a client's profile!

Finally, at the top of a client profile, you can click between Profile and Assigned Work.

When you click over to Assigned Work, you'll be able to see the name of any active project series associated with that client, the frequency of the work and the template it was created from. You'll also be able to toggle to one-off projects to see any non repeating work that is open for that client. Click on the series name in blue to access the series or click on the associated template to be taken to the template.
