Associated Series - entirety of a project series for one client.

Budgeted Time - the estimated amount of time it'll take to complete a task. You'll be able to use budgeted times to see team member capacity and balance workloads!

Blocked - a task that cannot currently be completed. Common reasons for a task being blocked can be waiting on the client, missing information and waiting for a response from a team member.

Checklist - a checkable list that you can associate with a task. Typical examples of checklists would be a list of documents you'll need from a client or step-by-step instructions on completing a complex task.

Clients - individuals or businesses for whom you complete projects. This can include your own firm for internal projects like client or new employee onboarding. Client details and associated contacts can be viewed on their profile page.

Client Status - Clients can be marked as active or inactive. Active clients are clients that you have open projects for, inactive clients do not have active projects but probably have archived work.

Comment - a timestamped notation that is viewable by anyone who can see the project or task it's made in. This is a great place for you to add updates, share hurdles that might create a roadblock, or communicate with teammates by mentioning them with the @ symbol.

Contacts - contacts are individuals that you can associate with clients. You can have multiple contacts associated with one client (one will always be the primary contact) and you can also have a contact associated with multiple clients. Association will help manage client relationships.

Description - The description section is where you can put your instructions or additional details for the project or task that are project or client specific.

Due Date - date by which a project needs to be completed. Think of your due date as the deadline.

Individual Project - entry within a project series.

My Work - this is where each team member should go to see what tasks they need to be working on for the day. It is broken up into three groupings of tasks: blocked, incomplete, complete as well as a separate tab for any overdue tasks.

Notifications - in app reminders of specific activity on a project or task. Each team member has the ability to select which types of notifications they want to receive from the Notifications tab.

One Off Project - standalone project that does not repeat.

Primary Contact - contact within a client’s profile page who is highlighted as the primary point of contact for a client.

Project - any workflow you’re wanting to track inside of the platform. Projects will house tasks, which serve as step-by-step instructions to complete the total project. Projects can be one-off or part of a series.

Project Assignee - member of the team assigned to complete a project.

Tasks - steps within a project that needs to be tracked and completed to move the project over the finish line. Tasks can contain an assignee, description with relevant information, budgeted time, due date, and other relevant information which can be unique to the client. Tasks can always be added, rearranged, edited and deleted within the project.

Task Assignee - member of the team assigned to complete a task within a project.

Task State - indicates the current state of the task such as blocked, up next, or overdue.

Task Status - indicates if the task is not started, in progress, or completed.

Team Member - The users that have access to your account. You can also assign team members to projects.

Templates - standardized procedure that is meant to be used again and again to create projects for clients. It is a tool for creating projects. You don’t want to make templates client-specific. Your template should contain those tasks you have to do for every client but not all tasks you have to do for all clients. Templates are not projects but they do help you make projects.

Series - projects that are repeating on a schedule.
