Thank you for choosing Jetpack Workflow! We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your plan or trial. This guide will walk you through the steps to make the process as smooth as possible.

Canceling Your Trial

1. Automatic Cancellation

Our trials are completely free, and if you don't take any action, your account will automatically expire after the 14-day trial period. After 90 days, we will automatically expunge all of your data from our system in accordance with our terms of service.

2. Explicit Cancellation

If you choose, you can explicitly cancel your account. This provides you with the opportunity to give us some feedback about our product offering. Please follow the steps below for canceling your plan as canceling a trial or plan are exactly the same. πŸ˜‰

Canceling Your Plan

1. Log In to Your Account

Visit our application and log in to your account using the credentials you used to sign up for the service.

2. Navigate to Account Settings

Once logged in, navigate to your account settings using the "Account" link in the left hand navigation.

3. Navigate to our payment partner

Go to our payments partner by choosing "Manage Plan"
