Heads up! Editing a project series will update all entries in the series!
Edits to a repeating project series can arise if there's changes to the steps applicable to the specific client a project is assigned to. When this happens, you can make changes to the repeating project series as a whole instead of making these changes individually in each entry.
Remember, changes made to a repeating project series will affect all entries that have not yet started - it will not effect entries that are in progress or completed.
How to Edit a Repeating Project Series
1. Navigate to the Projects page and click into a project entry for that series. On the top right corner of the screen, in the Associated Series box, click the View Series. This will show you the full series overview.
2. Make the changes here. You can edit the series details (such as who it's assigned to, the name of the project, it's description, etc), tasks, or any other information on this page.
If you are rearranging tasks or adding new ones, the changes will be made automatically. However, if you're editing the series details box or an existing task, you'll be prompted to save the changes.
