We've made importing your clients and contacts easy for you by creating an option to download a custom empty data sheet to add your data into. To access your custom empty data sheet, follow these instructions!
NOTE: If this is your first client import, please make sure you have all your custom fields set up prior to importing your data! To learn more about Custom Fields and how to set them up, click here!
First, make sure all your Custom Fields are entered into your account.
Then, navigate to the clients tab and click import
From there, click the option 'Update Existing Data and/or Add Clients'
After you've made that selection, click the option labeled 'Download an empty template data sheet' and your file will automatically download. Your file should have all default fields as well as any custom fields you've added into your account.
If you have any custom fields that are single-select or multi-select fields, there will be a second tab in the template download with all the options pertaining to that field in a column.
Populate your file accordingly and then follow the import flow to add/update data in your account!
